Track a parcel.

The code is in the text we sent when the rider was assigned. The person receiving it has the same link, which is why they stop calling you.

Try ZD4417 for one in transit, or ZD9082 for one already delivered.

A parcel that has not moved for more than forty minutes gets flagged on our side automatically and someone calls the rider. You do not have to be the one who notices.

What the stages mean

Stage	What has happened
Assigned	A rider has accepted it and is on the way to you
Picked up	The parcel is with the rider and has left your address
On the way	In transit. The timestamp is when they left, not when they arrive
Arriving	Rider is in the destination area, usually under fifteen minutes out
Delivered	Handed over. We record who signed for it
