The Ground Flat

The flat most people ask for a second time. Two glass doors open onto the back garden, so on a good morning you can take breakfast outside without seeing anyone.

It is the only flat with its own outdoor space. The garden is shared in theory and used by nobody else in practice, because the other two flats are upstairs.

Sun comes in hard until about eleven and then moves off the front, which means the room stays cool through the afternoon without the air conditioning running constantly.

Worth knowing

Check in is from 2pm and check out is 11am, and we are flexible on both if the flat is free either side. There are three steps up to the front door, no ramp. The garden is not fenced from the compound, so it is not somewhere to leave a small child alone.
