No two are the same, on purpose.
We did not want three identical boxes. Each flat took the shape the house gave it, so pick the one that suits how you will actually live in it, not the one with the biggest number.
The Ground Flat
One bedroom · 68 sqm · Sleeps 2 · NGN 48,000 per night
Opens straight onto the back garden through two glass doors, which is the reason most people who stay once come back to this one. Morning sun until about eleven.
Full kitchen with a gas cooker and an oven that works, which is rarer in short-lets than it should be. There is a proper desk with a proper chair by the window, not a dining table pretending.
- Queen bed, blackout curtains
- Washing machine in the flat
- Garden access, table and two chairs
- Desk, office chair, 2 sockets at desk height
The Corner
Two bedroom · 94 sqm · Sleeps 4 · NGN 72,000 per night
Our biggest, and the only one with windows on two sides. It gets light from the east in the morning and the west in the evening, so you rarely need a lamp before seven.
The second bedroom takes a cot, and we keep one in the store. Say so when you book and it will be made up before you arrive rather than after you ask.
- Queen and a double
- Cot available, no charge
- Washing machine and a drying rack
- Dining table that seats six
The Studio
Studio · 41 sqm · Sleeps 2 · NGN 34,000 per night
The smallest and the quietest. It faces the back of the compound, away from the road entirely, and people who work odd hours tend to end up here.
Kitchenette rather than a full kitchen: induction hob, microwave, fridge, no oven. If you plan to cook properly, take the Ground Flat instead. We would rather say so now.
- Queen bed, room divider
- Induction hob and microwave, no oven
- Quietest flat in the house
- Best rate for a stay over two weeks
The same in all three.
Bedding and towels changed at every clean. Kitchen basics on arrival: salt, oil, tea, sugar, and enough coffee for the first two mornings.
