Someone actually answers.
Between seven in the morning and ten at night, a person picks up. Outside those hours, send a message and it is answered first thing.
14 Yakubu Gowon Crescent.
Guzape, Abuja. Coming from Asokoro, take the second left after the roundabout and follow the road down the hill. We are the cream house with the black gate, on the right, past the mast.
If you reach the small market you have gone about two hundred metres too far. Turn around, it is the second gate back.
Parking is inside the gate, two spaces per apartment. Tell the guard which flat you are in and he will open it. He is there all night.
What happens when you get here.
Check in is from 2pm and check out is 11am. Both are flexible if the flat is free either side, and we will tell you honestly whether it is rather than making you ask twice.
Someone meets you at the flat, not at a reception desk, because there is no reception desk. They show you the inverter switch, the water pump, and where the spare gas cylinder is, which takes about four minutes and saves a phone call later.
There is no security deposit and no inventory to sign. If something breaks, tell us and we will fix it. In seven years we have charged one guest for damage and it was a door.
Long stays
Anything from twenty eight nights is priced separately and paid in two halves. Contractors and people relocating make up most of our long stays, and the rate is meaningfully lower than the nightly one, so ask rather than booking a month night by night.
